A reservation system of your own.
Live in days, not months.
A white-label passenger service system for any operator that moves people — air, sea or rail. Upload your schedule, fleet and fares, connect your booking engine and payment gateway through our APIs, and start selling. It deploys into your cloud, and you keep it.

The barebones of a PSS. The rest is yours.
Most reservation platforms ask for a multi-year contract, a systems integrator and a funding round. PSS Lite goes the other way: a working, well-built foundation at near-zero implementation cost, running in your own infrastructure, shaped around how your operation actually sells.
White label by design
Colours, typography, wording, the reservation flow itself — all yours to change. Nothing in the product forces your passengers through our idea of a booking journey.
Connects to what you have
Open APIs for booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty, CRM and departure control, plus NDC-ready distribution for your indirect channels. Bring your own stack — PSS Lite fits behind it.
Live in days
Upload your schedules, vessels or aircraft, fare structures and routes. The system builds inventory from your data — no discovery phase, no six-month configuration project.
Every core piece of a reservation system
The modules an operator needs on day one — built, tested and ready for you to extend.
Schedules & inventory
Bulk-upload timetables, seasons and capacity. Vessels, aircraft, coaches or carriages — the model is unit-agnostic.
Fares & pricing
Fare families, rules, taxes and currencies. Point-of-sale pricing with room for your own revenue logic on top.
Booking & PNR
Reservation records, passenger data, changes, splits, cancellations and refunds — the full lifecycle of a booking.
Payments
Gateway-agnostic payment layer with authorisation, capture, refunds and reconciliation hooks.
Check-in & boarding
Passenger acceptance, seat or cabin assignment, boarding passes and manifests, ready to feed your DCS or gate app.
Ancillaries
Bags, seats, meals, insurance, upgrades and bundles — attach any sellable extra to a booking or a segment.
Reporting
Load factors, revenue by route and channel, sales by point of sale. Export anywhere, or query it directly.
Agent desk
A back-office console for your reservations and airport teams — search, rebook, waive, refund, and issue on the spot.
Distribution & NDC
Offer and order handling built the NDC way, so you can sell through agencies and aggregators without bolting a second system on later.
Four steps, not four quarters
Upload your operation
Schedules, fleet or vessels, routes, capacity and fare structures come in from your existing spreadsheets or feeds.
Connect your stack
Point the APIs at your booking engine, payment gateway and any downstream system you already run.
Make it yours
Apply your brand, adjust the reservation flow, switch modules on or off, and add the rules specific to your market.
Go live and keep it
Start selling. The codebase and the configuration are yours — extend it in-house or keep us on to build alongside you.
It lives in your cloud, not ours
PSS Lite deploys into your own cloud account or data centre — AWS, Azure, GCP or on-premise. Your passenger data stays inside your perimeter, under your security policy, your regions and your compliance regime. There is no shared multi-tenant platform to be locked into and no vendor sitting between you and your own bookings.
Inventory is modelled as capacity against a scheduled movement — so the same core serves a regional airline, a ferry crossing or a cruise sailing.
- Your cloud account. Infrastructure-as-code deployment your DevOps team can read, run and audit.
- Your data residency. Passenger and payment data never leaves the regions you choose.
- Open standards. REST APIs and webhooks across every module, with NDC-ready offer and order handling.
- No per-passenger toll. Your cost is your own hosting bill, not a fee that grows as your margins thin.
A low implementation fee. Then it’s your product.
We provide the barebones — a solid, white-label core. You keep it, brand it and evolve it. No investor round required to get a reservation system running.
You own the outcome
The deployment sits in your infrastructure. Your team can read it, change it and run it without asking permission.
Priced to start, not to trap
A minimal implementation fee rather than a long licence with per-passenger economics working against you.
Engineers who know the industry
Flyware Labs was founded by airline C-level operators. If you want us to keep building with you, we’re there.

Tell us what you operate and we’ll come back with a walkthrough, an honest timeline and what a first deployment would look like for you. Early access places are limited so we can work closely with each operator.
- A live walkthrough of the modules, not a slide deck
- A straight answer on cost, timeline and what it takes to run in your cloud
- Input into the roadmap while it’s still being shaped

The things operators ask first
Where does it run, and who holds the data?
PSS Lite deploys into your own cloud account or data centre — AWS, Azure, GCP or on-premise — as infrastructure-as-code your team can inspect and run. Passenger and payment data stays inside your perimeter, in the regions you choose, under your own security and compliance policy. There is no shared platform holding your bookings.
What does “you keep the product” actually mean?
You get a deployment that belongs to your organisation — the code, the configuration and the data, with the ability to change all three. We supply the barebones core; what you end up running is the version your team has shaped. You are not renting access to something we can switch off.
How long does a first deployment really take, and does it only work for airlines?
Days rather than months for a working reservation flow, assuming your schedule, fleet and fare data are ready to upload. It isn’t airline-only: inventory is modelled as capacity against a scheduled movement, so the same core handles a ferry crossing, a coach route or a cruise sailing, with the vocabulary and flow adapted during setup.
Is it NDC capable?
Offer and order handling is built along NDC lines rather than retrofitted, so selling through agencies and aggregators doesn’t mean bolting on a second system later. Flyware Labs has taken carriers through NDC certification before, and we can run that programme with you.
What does it cost?
The implementation fee is deliberately low — the point of PSS Lite is that a small or new operator can get a real reservation system running without raising money to pay for it. Beyond that you pay your own hosting. Exact numbers depend on scope and integrations, and we’ll give you a straight figure on the first call.
