Context
Ink Innovation needed to develop a high-performance Departure Control System (DCS) fully compliant with CUPPS (Common Use Passenger Processing Systems).
The goal was to enhance passenger service capabilities at airports, ensure operational efficiency, and enable the platform to support multiple airlines without service interruptions — all while working within existing airport infrastructure.

Approach
We designed and implemented a scalable, high-performance backend architecture using .NET and ASP.NET.
The platform integrated biometric authentication and cloud-based services to ensure secure, future-ready operations. We also optimized compatibility with airport IT systems through Windows Integration, ensuring smooth deployment in multi-airline environments.
