Approach
We developed a native iOS application that consolidates key functionalities from both PSS and operational systems into a single mobile interface.
This allows agents to access real-time passenger data, booking details, and flight status, while also executing issue-resolution workflows directly from their device—whether at the gate, check-in, or boarding area.
By centralizing these capabilities, the app enables faster, more informed decisions exactly where operational action is needed.
