Context
Wingo’s development team faced technical constraints when integrating their Internet Booking Engine (IBE) with the Radixx Passenger Service System (PSS).
Limited in-house expertise with the PSS was slowing down integration work, creating bottlenecks in e-commerce improvements and delaying enhancements aimed at boosting conversions and customer satisfaction.
Approach
We contributed our deep PSS expertise to remove technical barriers and accelerate the integration between Radixx and the IBE. This involved optimizing data flows, ensuring API performance, and streamlining the connection between booking front-end and back-end systems.
